Commercial Ventilation & Extraction Solutions began with a simple observation: most problems in commercial kitchens are not caused by bad equipment. They are caused by good equipment that was never sized, matched or commissioned properly — a canopy short of overhang, a fan chosen by diameter, a kitchen with nowhere to draw replacement air from.

So we set out to do the unglamorous part well. We calculate extract rates appliance by appliance. We draw every canopy before we cut it. We measure airflow when we finish, and we hand over the figures. Over more than ten years and five hundred installations, that discipline has become the reason operators, contractors and landlords come back to us.
